The DLSU-Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies (DLSU-AKI) invites research proposals on Education and Human Resource Development, one of the research thrusts of the DLSU-AKI.  In particular, the Institute invites research proposals from DLSU full time faculty on the analysis of the contents of the PISA Database in understanding the performance of Filipino High School students who participated in the PISA 2018.

The above proposals must be implemented over a six-month timeframe.

Among the expected outputs are the following:
  1. Presentation or participation in a workshop with legislators and policy makers and the CBMS National Conference
  2. DLSU-AKI Policy Brief that will highlight the policy recommendations based on the key findings of the study.   A three to four-page policy paper will be published by the Institute as an AKI Policy Brief (ISSN 2094-3342).
Although not part of the expected outputs, all recipients of AKI research grants are encouraged to publish the results of their research in Scopus/Web of Science journals.  The Institute will provide financial assistance in the process of publication.
