• The project is intended to conduct a scoping and profiling of existing formal and informal business models in two target barangays of Catanduanes 
    with potential local industries for micro, small, and medium enterprises or social enterprises.
• The project will likewise analyze the business models of selected MSMEs and social enterprises using SWOT and identify action plans that will
    enable growth of these enterprises.
• The  project will also collectively gather and organize the insights/perspectives of key stakeholders about the potential of MSMEs in Catanduanes by
​    creating a road-map or enterprise-development plan.
