The project is part of an overall project of the Department of Labor and Employment on the development of industry career guides. These guides are meant to respond to the lack of information among players in the labor market. This weak information has led to the mismatch problem between the graduates of educational institutions and human resource needs of various industries that has plagued our labor market for decades. Thus, these industry career guides are meant to narrow the information gap.
