This study was intended to achieve the following objectives:
1) Explore the concrete measures in calculating and utilizing RMUs for surveillance
2) Examine and build the concept of surveillance in utilizing the various economic and financial indicators using RMU in order to achieve and maintain
    economic and financial stability in the region.
3) Discuss the role of the public and private sectors in enhancing the transactions denominated in RMUs in the financial market.
